Are you a Group Leader? Windstar Travel welcomes groups of all sizes to join us on any of our scheduled departures. Special pickup locations are available. Or, if you prefer, we can plan an event, outing, or trip exclusively for your group.
See a retail trip that would be perfect for your group? You can choose your own date and enjoy the same great experience, or we can customize any trip to reflect your group’s unique needs. Group leader incentives are available on most trips, with a minimum number of passengers required.
We’ll do as much or as little as you wish! As travel experts, we can suggest destinations, research options for your group, and coordinate all travel arrangements—including motorcoach transportation, hotels, meals, sightseeing, tours, entertainment, unique special events, airport transfers, tour guides, and trip escorts.
