Wrap up the summer with a fun basketball getaway as Windstar Travel heads to Indianapolis to see the Indiana Fever take on the Connecticut Sun at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Meet your driver and on-board host at the departure location of your choice and then sit back and enjoy a comfortable ride aboard one of our luxury motorcoaches as we make our way to Indy.
Fever games have quickly become one of the most exciting sporting events in the Midwest, with passionate fans, high-energy entertainment, and some of the best talent in women’s basketball taking the court. When the Connecticut Sun come to town, fans can expect a competitive and entertaining game filled with big plays and plenty of intensity.
Your ticket includes terrace-level seating with a buffet meal and open bar during the game, featuring domestic beer, wine, soda, and water. Relax, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy the game in a lively and social atmosphere while cheering on the Fever.
Following the game, we’ll head to one of the Drury Inn properties in Indianapolis for a comfortable overnight stay, providing the perfect ending to a fun-filled basketball getaway.
Activity Level 2: RELAXED
Expectations: This tour requires light physical activity combined with shorter travel days. Tour members should expect intermittent walking, with occasional slight inclines and stair climbs, including boarding the motorcoach. Activities may include an occasional city or nature walking tour, stopping along the way. Guests should be able to climb a set of stairs, walk up or down slight slopes and navigate some uneven terrain or cobblestone. Please be aware that on tours with flights and cruises you will be required to handle your own luggage and walk longer distances in airports and cruise terminals. In addition, you may need to handle your own luggage at hotels where luggage handling is not available.
Appropriate for: Travelers who are somewhat physically fit and comfortable with longer days of touring (both walking tours and coach time).
Deposit & Final Payment: A $150 deposit per person is required within one week of reservation. Deposits are non-refundable. Must be paid in full by July 14, 2026. No refunds will be issued after 5:00pm on July 14, 2026.
