Day 1
DAY 1: THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2027
A FESTIVE EVENING AT THE FIRESIDE
Our holiday getaway begins with convenient departures from Fort Madison, West Burlington, Mediapolis, Wapello, Muscatine and the Quad Cities. Settle into your seat and enjoy the journey as we make our way toward Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, with a lunch stop along the way on your own.
Upon arrival, we will check into the Country Inn & Suites in Fort Atkinson. Luggage handling is included, leaving you free to relax and freshen up before our festive evening at The Fireside Dinner Theatre.
At The Fireside, the experience goes far beyond the stage. Begin your visit by browsing the theatre’s charming boutique gift shops, filled with unique treasures, home décor, fashion finds and gourmet treats. After shopping, savor a delicious dinner in one of The Fireside’s elegant dining rooms.
Then it is time to settle in for a spectacular performance of White Christmas. Filled with timeless music, delightful dancing and plenty of holiday cheer, this beloved story is sure to leave you feeling merry and bright.
Following the performance, we will return to our hotel for the remainder of the evening.
Day 2
DAY 2: FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 202
ONE MORE HOLIDAY SURPRISE
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before setting out your luggage for collection. We will then depart for a special mystery stop—one more memorable experience to enjoy before our holiday getaway comes to a close.
After our surprise visit, we will begin the journey home, with a rest and refresh stop along the way. Return service will be provided to the same pickup communities.
Level 1: Easy
Expectations: Little to no walking. Traveling at a leisurely pace, this itinerary requires a small amount of physical activity. Depending on the itinerary details, guests will need to be prepared to board a motorcoach, and possibly a boat, ferry, ship or plane. There will be some walking to rooms, cabins or restaurants and general points of interest. This may also include an occasional flight of stairs or some steps during transfers and stops.
Appropriate for: All travelers including those with lower mobility and who are comfortable participating in at least three hours of activity per day.
Deposit & Final Payment: A $75 deposit per person is required within one week of reservation. Must be paid in full by October 7, 2027.
No refunds will be issued after 5:00pm on October 7, 2027.

Cash, checks, credit/debit cards and money orders are accepted. Make checks payable to Windstar and mail to 3211 Division Street, Burlington, IA 52601. There is a $30 fee for insufficient funds or returned checks. Credit/debit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

We recommend that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. Unforeseen events such as flights delays, baggage loss or even sudden illness or injury could impact your travel plans. For your convenience, we offer a travel protection plan provided by United States Fire Insurance Company and administered by Trip Mate, a Generali Global Assistance & Insurance Services brand. A final departure letter packet will be sent approximately 10 to 14 days prior to the departure date. This will contain the scheduled departure times and locations, as well as other important information in regards to your upcoming tour. If the tour involves overnight accommodations, luggage tags will be provided as well.
Windstar Travel, parking lot owners and shopping center management assume and accept no responsibility for the safety of your vehicle or its contents at the place of departure. If you choose to park and leave your vehicle there, you do so willingly and at your own risk. If you choose to leave your vehicle, please park only in the areas designated in your final tour information packet. Vehicles not parked in the indicated areas may be subject to towing and all expenses incurred are the responsibility of the owner.
